These are the 3.0 shades that clip on at the center very easily. I use the 3.0 lenses over my didymium glasses myself, but for long hours and tired and sore eye's, I recommend the 5.0 Shades. (Very Lightweight) I Love Them!!
If your using didymiums instead of the borosilicate glass eye protection and you are not ready to purchase boroscopes, you can use these clip-ons temporarily. They recommend replacements periodically. (You get one set of eye's, Pamper them.)
