Lampworked Beads Made in Soft Glass Take On a Borosilicate look using Reduction Frits. Reduction Frit is 96COE. This Is For Use With Soft Glass such as Moretti, Vetrofond, Lauscha, Czeck and Is Compatible with the new 96COE Uroboros & Spectrum Line Of Sheet Glass, Lampworking Rods & Frits. To Use Reduction Frit Pick The frit Up with molten Glass, use a strong reducing flame, this will case the oxides to come to the surface Resulting In Awesome Patchwork and Metallic Effects depending on the size frit you are using. Bright Purples & Pinks don't like being encased with Uroboros, the clear reichenbach glass is great to encease this reduction glass, but still, be careful with the brights, they don't like to be wrapped.We Have all the Sizes from 0-5 on each color, 0 being the finest and 5 being large chunk no more than about the size of a dime, great for pulling stringers. Select the size under each item that you are interested in.     R-L6208-(0)(1) - Raku -1-oz (Reduces) (104COE) (New 10-16-08) This is The Loved Raku Frit now made Compatible for 104COE Moretti, Vetrofond, Ornela, Lauscha etc. (Raku 104COE Frit On Ornela 32022) is what is shown in photo. With anything 104COE you no longer have to just use it on the outside, It's compatible with all 104COE Glass Rods. I have encased this glass allready, Made one bead but it was fine. I used clear lauscha to encase it, No cracks, No breaks. I will do more testing tonight. This bead was made by laying the frit on the marver, I picked up frit on a clear rod and used it as cane, but this was made with the frit thats the same color as the cane.
